As Hawkclaw followed Ashstar downto the sky oaks she sented Light Clan. So they were the second ones here.

Winterpaw trotted lightly beside Hawkclaw. He felt his fur prickle with excitment, this would be his first gathering and he was going as a medicine cat apprentice! Although Flamepaw, his brother, hadn't gotten to go. When they left camp Winterpaw had felt Flamepaw's jellous eyes burning into his fur, Flamepaw would make a good warrior someday but first he had to get it past his hard head that not everything was about him!

cottenpaw was next to winterpaw it was her first gathering to, she could feel winterpaw quivering with excitment as they climed the slope to the gathering. she could already smell the sent of lightclan

Oakclaw watched the cats of lightclan moveing around the Sky Oaks. He stood his ground as a cold Leafbare wind whisled through his fur, his legs itched to run down and join the other clan.

Ashstar jumped towards the leader spot and sat down to wait. She watched as her apprentices and her medicine cat talked with others. Ashstar herself layed down and started to doze off a little.
Glacierclaw looked around quietly hoping to find someone to talk too. He sat down and licked a paw as he waited.

Oakclaw weaved his way through the other cats, he looked around untill he spotted Glacierclaw. "Hello Glacierclaw" he meowed politley, his tail straight up in a friendly greeting.

"Oh why hello there Oakclaw" Glacierclaw said with a small smile. He didn't know this tom that well but he seemed nice enough. Glacierclaw looked up at him before asking "How have you been"

"Everything is doing fine" Glacierclaw meowed smiling slightly. He looked around before looking back at Oakclaw. "I wonder when Pineclan and Breezeclan will get here" he meowed distracted. He was never one to wait.

Oakclaw nodded, "yes they are takeing long, maybe it's the cold weather?" He meowed ruffling up his fur against the wind.

just then cottenpaw padded up and asked "what is taking those slow pokes so long? i want this meeting to start then be over because i was training all day so i never ate before we came!!!"

Sunstar paused at the top of the hollow, looking down at the many waiting cats and scented Lightclan and Mistclan. Flicking her tail she with the rest of her clan, pelted down into the hollow. At the bottom she greeted the two leaders.
She dipped her head respectfully and meowed, "Greetings, Lilystar, Ashstar, how are you doing?"

Darkpoppy padded behind her leader, glancing round at the other cats, she was a deputey. Lookign around she waited for the gatherig to begin, wondering , not far away she saw some medicine cat talking and she looked around for the other deputeys. Darkpoppy could be very mysterios when she wanted to be, not talking much and constantly glancing around.

MAPLEHERB
Mapleherb padded in with the other lightlcan cats, as a medicine cat she came to every gathering unless there were cats to ill at camp, or a quenn was in kitting. Settling down, her amber/brown fur shining in the semi-darkness, mapleherb waited she soon saw other medicine cats and went to join them.

Winterpaw was sitting by Hawkclaw and the other medicine cats when Mapleherb approched, he had never seen this cat but he guessed it was one of the other medicine cats. "Hello" he meowed with a respectful dip of his head.

NEEDECLAW
needleclaw padded over to where a group of mistclan and lightclan warriors were talking he plopped down and listened to the conversation adding little to it.
COTTENPAW
cattenpaw was enjoying herself talking with other apprentices about training and their mentors. she even learned a few new hunting techneques and ways o run after rabbits, and evin how to climd trees better. gatherings were definatly fun she wished she could have come as a kit!!
TURTLESTRIPE
turtlestripe waltzed in to the clearing with her new apprentice at her side she was planning to show him off to the other clans. she felt lucky to be here sharing news with the other clans and the cats she had come to know and fight with, in peace tonite
