Flamepaw awoke to find the apprentice den cold and drafty. He shiverd and ruffled up his fur against a cold wind that whistled in from the den entrance. Quitley he got up and padded over to the opening, being carefull not to step on his clanmates. He gapped when he saw the camp coverd in snow. Being a some what new apprentice, this was his first time seeing this much snow. Experemently he dabbed at the snow with his paw and quickly pulled it back when he saw that he would sink through. Flamepaw sighed and imeditley decided he did not like it. Suddenly he rememberd Brackenpelt had promised him training today! Forgeting the cold and snow, he bonded over to the warriors den and peeked inside. "Brackenpelt?" He whisperd, afraid to wake the other warriors up.

Flamepaw let out a sigh of relief, "Ok good, lets go!" He meowed tail sweeping the snow with excitment. Than he turned around and ran toward the camp entrance, his feet sank through the snow and he soon found himself leaping. When at last he reached his destanation he turned around to make shure Brackenpelt was fallowing.

cottenpaw was already in the training hallow practicing moves on an imaginary breezeclan warrior. she stopped mid-leap and pricked her ears at the sound of crunching snow.
"hey, enjoying the white grass yet?" cottenpaw asked padding over to the newcomers

"i was supposed to hunt but jayheart tought me a move yesterday and i couldn't do it very well so i thought i could practice it a little before i went back to camp" cottenpaw said looking at her paws

Flamepaw watched as Cottepaw trugged out of the training hallow back into the forest. Than he turned back to Brackenpelt, "can we start now, please?' He whailed.

Flamepaw felt all the excitment wash away, "how to hunt? But can't we do some battle training?" He winned.

"Yes!" Flamepaw yowled with excitment, than he leaped and sent snow flying every ware.
