Ashstar leaped onto the high rock and looked over the camp. 'Almost no one is here. I'm happy everyones doing there best for the clans' Ashstar thought with a small sigh before lifting her head up to yowl "Please let all cats capable enough to catch there own prey gather under the high rock" before letting her head down to wait. Today it would be Darkpaw's apprentice ceremony. It was a little over do but at least it wasn't that late.

Darkpaw was so exited today he would become an apprentice!! "I am going to train really hard to become the best warrior in the clan"he thought

a little way off near the warrior's den turtlestripe sat trying to remember what it was like when she became an apprentice, then she started wandering how she could teach a cat to live and fend for itself by itself. now turtlestripe wass regretting saying yes to Ashstar when she was asked. she asked herself questions like, is it to late to back down? will i ever be able to mentor someone properly? what if i fail darkpaw and how would he become a warrior then? turtlestripe reasured herself that she was just excited and that if she had a problem she could talk to another warrior who had already had an apprentice. she walked up to the highrock her head held high as she placed herself next to Darkpaw at the foot of the high rock.

Darkpaw was twiching with exitement "Oh every second is closer to me becoming an apperentice!"

Eagleflight padded into the clearing, "oh another apprentice ceremony! By the time all these apprentice's are trained, Mistclan will have the strongest warriors in the whole forest!" She purred to herself. Quickly she sat herself down beside Turtlestripe, she could feel anticapation coming of her friends pelt. "You'll do great with an apprentice!" Eagleflight meowed to her.
