Nightpool sighed as she walked to the nursery, this would be her home from now on until she had her kits. Nightpool thought about when Hawkclaw had told her she was pregnant, she acted like it was good news, but Nightpool wasn't so shure, "what if I'm a bad mother?' she thought. As she entered the nursery the warm smell of milk overwhelmed her. She padded over to a nearby nest, Nightpool felt better when she saw that someone had gotten the bed ready for her. It wasn't long before she was curled up in the nest. As her eyes adjusted to the light she saw Morningflower with her tail curled gently over three tiny kits. "Your kits are beautiful" Nightpool mewed to her.

"Thanks so much" Morningflower mewed "Here are their names, this one" she said pointing her tail at the smallest kit "is Rainkit. this one is Thistlekit, and this one ,she pointed to a pale gray she cat with green eyes, is Thornkit"

Nightpool let her gaze fall on the three little bundles as Morningflower pointed them out, "is that what my kits will look like?" she thought to herself. "I don't see how you can stand being suck in the nursery for so long!" She meowed. Nightpool knew it would be a while before her kits came.

Nightpool knew she was right, she tried to Imagin her childern fighting battles and protecting the clan just like she liked to! "I guess your right" Nightpool mewed again, "I wonder what the'll look like?"

Nightpool woke up a little before dawn, she rembered Morningflowers request for the boarge leaves. Quickly she gave herself a few licks before heading off to Hawkclaws den.

Nightpool padded into the nursery, "Hawkclaw said she'd be here in a little bit" she mewed to Morningflower, who was nurseing her kits.

Nightpool nodded "maybe I will", than she slipped out of the nursery and sat down outside it. She looked around untill she spotted Brackenpelt, "Brackenpelt!" She yowled.
